This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle via the internet and without preciously inspecting and driving the vehicle. After locating a potential candidate on AutoTrader, I phoned COBMW and had the luck of speaking with Brian Bowden. After a brief discussion, he inspected and drove the vehicle and called me back within two hours. He indicated that both the exterior, interior, and drive train were all in great shape. We agreed to a price. He patiently worked me though the out-of-state purchase process and responded quickly to all of my questions. My son and I flew to Denver to pick-up the vehicle. Brian generously volunteered to take us from our hotel to the dealership. The car was exactly as he described it, completely detailed, and ready to go. After returning home, a titling issue arose, which he immediately dealt with. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Brian and confidently recommend him to anyone. Went in on a Saturday looking for an X5 or X6 to test drive or look at. No one acknowledged me or even seemed to notice I was there. Jared knows more about BMWs than anybody I have ever met. I'm a bit of a gear-head. Jared's deep knowledge of BMWs was a big factor in my choice of BMW in both cases. His followup from initial delivery to additional consultation goes above and beyond. I continue to go to Co's BMW for parts and service even though I have alternatives closer to home.
