The reason why I gave such high ratings to CO's BMW dealership was they were not only friendly, but treated me like they wanted my business. Even though the vehicle was technically considered preowned, it really didn't matter. We received tremendous customer service. The attention to detail demonstrated by Matt Bailey, our client advisor, as well as the sales manager and parts technician was outstanding. We definitely felt that we were valued customers and our questions were addressed in a courteous and thorough manner. With this goes the friendly manner in which we were greeted by the staff during our various visits to the dealership. While we didn't have any maintenance performed on the vehicle, Matt ensured that the X1 was prepped and met all BMW standards before we picked it up. Bottom line-we were able to purchase a quality automobile at an great price. We would definitely recommend Co's BMW Center to anyone considering the purchase of a BMW. More

The service department takes the time to talk to you about the work performed on your car. The turn around time on our car's repair averaged 24 hours. I always receive a warm welcome when I come into the dealership and our sales rep even remembers my name. More
