Wonderful Experience My wife and I came into Co's after visiting several other BMW dealers in the Denver area. Being our first BMW purchase, we wanted to make sure we did our research and were certain we were getting the best deal and service. Jordan E., our Client Advisory, was the difference maker. We came in, test drove all the vehicles we considered, received a trade-in value, and had the best offer (compared to others in the area) within 30-minutes. We had our new car detailed, explained to us in detail by the BMW Guru, and were out the door with our dream car shortly thereafter. I cannot wait to return for our next vehicle and look forward to referring friends and family to Co's. Five stars all around! More

Best service 19 years and counting We have both our 1998 and 2016 3 series serviced at Co's. The staff really knows how to take care of us. Brian is our service advisor. Excellent Service It's interesting that I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes from BMW. The salesperson Tom Dahlberg and Tony Stuart both helped me with the test drive. Tony It's interesting that I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes from BMW. The salesperson Tom Dahlberg and Tony Stuart both helped me with the test drive. Tony was really helpful to take care of all of our needs, such as taking the car to Mercedes to do the pre-purchase inspection(PPI), getting his manager's approval to replace some items identified in the PPI, and helping with all paper work very efficiently. The only pity is that Tony and I misunderstood one item at the PPI report "Spark plugs due at 60k". We thought is was good for another 60k. After I am done with the paperwork I went to the next door Mercedes to confirm. They said it is due now and BWM should replace it before I purchase the car. Unfortunately BMW refused because they said the spark plug can be used till 9k. I know it's hard to negotiate after the paperwork is done. Anyway, overall it's a good experience with BMW. I will rate the car later when I drive it more. More

Top notch service I brought my 2007 328xi to get checked out on 10 Nov 2017 to make sure everything was okay. Konnor Morgan, my service advisor immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome. I was offered a ride to the nearby shopping strip and Mr. Lee was very courteous to my mother and I. The whole visit went smooth and found that there are issues with my oil gaskets. Konnor adviced me on what needs to be done but he wasn’t pushy at all. He did make sure I have all the information that I need to make an informed decision. More
