This is the second time this happened. Giving the a verbal review of the issue has not changed the process. More
I just wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for Kelly Antuna from sales. He went above and beyond by taking the time to show me and introducing me to the wonderful service team. It was so considera Kelly Antuna from sales. He went above and beyond by taking the time to show me and introducing me to the wonderful service team. It was so considerate of him to wait and ensure I had a ride to my destination afterwards. Everyone I encountered was not only professional but also incredibly helpful and friendly. To top it all off, they even washed my car and floor mats! It truly made for a wonderful experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful! More

He then claimed to of check the parts catalog and diagram and said that the line does not come separate. While my fiance and I stood at his desk to verify after he supposedly checked with parts personal in our prior phone call. Resulting in my vehicle being a TOTAL LOSS. Due his negligence I lost my reliable vehicle and have had to figure out means to get another. I've lost so much working with this advisor and deslership. The hardships that have come from this situation are something I could never fathom happening. The technician that inspected my vehicle damage, did so on his last day before retirement. So had my vehicle be repaired there, the person who inspected would not of been the person completing repairs. During the month an a half of my vehicle being there Geoff did nothing but fabricate and lie regarding his efforts, the legitimaticy of his work, and pad an estimate to provide to insurnace. He even asked since I also work with a dealer if we could trade 5 star reviews after my vehicle was completed.(If you were genuine you shouldnt have to request a 5 star reivew) My finance spoke with the general manager who to sum it up basically told us we could kick rocks that they did nothing wrong, and we were trying to capsize off an honest mistake. A 'mistake' they admitted was their fault, a 'mistake' that wouldnt have happen had maybe parts personal been involved in the parts rather than an advisor putting togther a parts list. A 'mistake' I asked the advisor to verify over the phone and then again in person. A 'mistake' that had MINIMUM 3 opportunities to be corrected. Due to his mistake my vehicle is a TOTAL LOSS, a vehicle that was low milage, extremely reliable, extremely well maintained and more than half way paid off. This dealer and it employees have made no efforts in trying to reprimand a terrible domino effect they caused, and I in turn will suffer for years from this. I hope not all customers are treated like this. Especially when the general manager herself admits a mistake was made on their part, causing my vehicle to be totaled when it, in fact could have been fixed. I have notified the insurnace agent I was working with in the process to let them know how this dealership operates, and they inadvertently paid out on a fraudulent claim. Oh and to top it all off the entire time my vehicle was there Geoff couldn't quick barking in my ear about how the parts manager wanted to buy my vehicle, how well it was maintained, the amazing condition it was in. So while I'm attempting to figure out this situation for the first time in my life, I also had to deal with someone repeatedly bantering me about selling my vehicle as is or once it repaired, bantered to the point of being so frustrated I had to tell Geoff 'My vehicle is there to be fixed not sold and if it is a total loss and buy back is an option I will be the first one with that opportunity. Tell your parts manager the vehicle is mine and it will remain as so' the fact that I felt so backed into a corner by several people here is baffling and to think I considered going to a John elway dealer when I was pondering my choices of if it was a total loss. I can only imagine the way they sell vehicle if this is the process they have to fix. More
I would like to bring my car here for maintenance and repair but was put off by the service experience. I was assigned to a service advisor but had to wait 15 minutes while 2-3 other advisors were not h repair but was put off by the service experience. I was assigned to a service advisor but had to wait 15 minutes while 2-3 other advisors were not helping anyone, just working on their computers. Seems like I should have been able to be helped by one of them. When it came to the estimate to repair a valve cover gasket the price was almost $1500. Some internet research revealed it ought to be more like $450-$600. That’s a huge disparity. When I went to see my advisor (I was told I had to specifically see him) he was with another customer. After waiting another 5-10 minutes one of the greeter gentlemen offered to retrieve my car and I left. Point is, you have advisors available but if mine is not available then I have to wait. Last year I had a much better experience. Something’s different. And the cost of repair was out in left field. Thanks for reading this. Mike Vervalin More
