My sales rep., Lawson McSwain was quite knowledgeable & helpful thru the process. I expect to buy other cars from this dealership. Since then I recently brought the car in for service. It was my first experience with the service department. Shon Weathers, my service advisor was knowledgeable, helpful, & answered all my questions. Unfortunately, due to their computer system they were not able to complete the service until the next day. I had a loaner car. So, that was okay. When I picked up the car the next day, all services had been performed to my satisfaction except the car had not been washed as promised. Their car wash equipment was not working. Extremely Pleased As a LONG time Mercedes owner (20 years - several cars).....I was very familiar with what to expect whenever my Mercedes needed service. So when I picked up a nail in my new 750 (with run flat tires)....I truly thought ....we will see how this works out. When I arrived at the dealership - I was greeted promptly. They quickly identified the exact problem. However, the replacement tire was not in stock and would arrive the next day. I shared that that timing did not work for me as I was leaving for vacation for 10+ days. So they offered to plug the tire to get me home or offered me a ride home (and for me to leave the car) and pick up my car upon my return. I opted to have the tire plugged so I could finish a few errands before I left town. Made appointment for the new tire installation - when I returned to town. Arrived for my appointment....quickly installed my tire....on my way! Thank you for being professional and prompt!! Gave this new BMW owner a very positive experience! More
