Out of this WORLD service!!!! I have been looking for a car for about a month. I was told by one dealership what I should get. Another dealership took their time and brushed me off I have been looking for a car for about a month. I was told by one dealership what I should get. Another dealership took their time and brushed me off. Its hard for me to come to the dealership because I work on nights. I emailed Mr. Bronson around 2am, telling him what I wanted and how long this process was. I received a call before they even opened. Mr. Bronson called me, had fantastic manners, ask me what I was looking for, what price range I wanted to be in. He assured me that I was in good hands and he would get back with me within the hour. I've heard this all before so in a way, I knew this would take a few days. He called me back the same day, got accepted, and everything else is history. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, has manners and never once did I feel brushed off. I felt like family when I got in the dealership. I was comfortable, relaxed, and never felt judged. Everyone had a smile on their face. Ms. Cashion was fantastic as well. extremely personable, it was as if I was speaking with a friend and not someone trying to take money out of my pocket. Mr. Bronson and Ms. Cashion you are great assets to the company and I will return as long as you all are there. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!! More
Unsatisfactory I just purchased a new 2017 230i bmw about 2.5 or 3 weeks ago and the fuel pump is bad! I was told by the dealership that Bmw is aware that they have I just purchased a new 2017 230i bmw about 2.5 or 3 weeks ago and the fuel pump is bad! I was told by the dealership that Bmw is aware that they have issues with the fuel pumps. I asked why they didn’t disclose at time of purchase and they didn’t say. They replaced the fuel pump and now the car smells horrible! I reach out to them about it. They stated nothing they could do and sorry you are sensitive to the smell. My nose is burning from the smell of the fumes!! Also they detailed the car and that looks horrible as well!! I would not recommend this dealership or this service department. Who can drive a car that smells like gasoline? More
