Dylan Long, our service advisor, is "simply AWESOME!" He provides EXEMPLARY customer service. We feel so very fortunate to have met him. Taking our cars in for service is a positive experience for us because the dealership is comfortable and inviting. The coffee bar has a multitude of drinks and snacks and huge windows that look directly into the service department. The sales people are friendly and are not pushy nor hovering. Terrence Bronson is our salesperson. He is a pleasure to work with because he is responsive, polite, and is very knowledgeable. Tarik Boughamrani, Sales Manager, has been great at keeping us informed about the delivery of the newest models. Owen Ford, General Manager, is friendly and easy to talk to. Kudos to the people in the parts department! They are so welcoming and helpful. BMW of Little Rock is one of our favorite places. Who wouldn't be happy surrounded by BMWS?! yet it's their PEOPLE that make it an EXCEPTIONAL dealership - a worthy stage for the Ultimate Driving Machines. More
