Service department was incompetent and dishonest, will never go back. They broke an engine bolt, said it couldn’t be fixed, and I would have to buy a new engine. Refused to accept any responsibility or tr never go back. They broke an engine bolt, said it couldn’t be fixed, and I would have to buy a new engine. Refused to accept any responsibility or try to fix their mistake. Took car to a local mechanic and he drilled out broken bolt and replaced without a problem. Dealership management provided no assistance. Now driving to Omaha for all services. Strongly recommend going anywhere but the Lincoln BMW dealership More

Amanda in the service department makes the whole process very easy. She is personable, on top of things, and reliable. The service department’s video of needed repairs was helpful , and they took care of very easy. She is personable, on top of things, and reliable. My only criticism would be regarding the information list of what needed to be done and the cost of it. I could not figure out how to pull it up. Rushed me out the door before I could do a third party inspection on a used car. I got the car inspected after and it has corroded parts which I had to pay for you. Not cool at all!
