I recently purchased a used 2025 Toyota Sienna online and live about 500 miles away, so I relied heavily on the dealership to be fully transparent throughout the process. While the transaction itself was fairly smooth, I was disappointed to discover after delivery that the vehicle did not include floor mats or a second key. At no point during the buying process did Collin from sales, Colton from finance, or Justin the sales manager disclose that these items were missing. Replacing them cost me around $800, which I believe should have been clearly communicated upfront, especially since I was purchasing remotely and unable to inspect the vehicle in person. I was assured the process would be transparent and positive, but this oversight left me feeling misled. When I reached out to address the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do, which was frustrating and disappointing. Overall, while the buying process was convenient, the lack of disclosure and follow up support left a negative impression. More
