I received EXCELLENT customer service from Danielle and Mike. I've been coming to service my BMW for years and Danielle always takes good care of me. He helped me find my dream car and got it shipped from CA to Las Vegas. Danielle and Mike are both so very sweet and kind. I have never received better customer service anywhere else. Josh Martinez is the absolute best. Josh Martinez went out of his way this morning to ensure customer satisfaction. It turned out that I didn't have the morning appointment for service that my wife lead me to believe. Josh went out of his way to ensure that he put me in a BMW loaner while my car was being serviced. This is exactly the level of experience you expect from BMW and Josh Martinez certainly delivered. In addition, he was extremely friendly despite my attitude and frustration for not having the appointment my wife told me we had. I bought my BMW a few years ago and I absolutely love it, but about a year ago it started to run differently and was causing me a lot of conflict and money for repairs. I have been going to the same mechanic for awhile and it just seemed that when they would fix it a month or so would go by and I was right back there. I had a conversation with my mom who also owns a BMW a she told me to go to Desert BMW. I went to go see what they could do for me, she strongly suggested them so i decided to stop by just to see what they had to say. To my surprise they were amazing, they got me right in and told me exactly what was wrong with it and it was cheaper than the mechanic I was going to. After a short time my car was in and out and I haven't had a problem since. I'm so happy I came in and so happy my car is finally fixed. I wont go to any other mechanic. More
Danielle is an amazing Service Advisor! She makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She is on top of everything and keeps me well informed during the time my car in there and I always feel like sh whole experience easy and enjoyable. Desert BNW sucks. I took my car to them after running over a large rock in the rock in the road which did $2500 damage to the undercarriage. After they repaired my vehicle, I begin to hear humming and w over a large rock in the rock in the road which did $2500 damage to the undercarriage. After they repaired my vehicle, I begin to hear humming and whistling from the vehicle when I accelerate. I took the vehicle back the day after Thanksgiving at 7 am and was told that they would look at the vehicle but it would take some time because they still had vehicles from the day before Thanksgiving. I was told that I would receive a call to let me know what they find. Well, that call came at about 3 pm and I was told that they could not hear any noise coming from the vehicle and that I could come pick the vehicle up or leave it over night and they would check the vehicle again the next morning. I left the vehicle over night....what a waste of my time. I get a call about 9 am the next morning and was told that they still did not hear any noise coming from the vehicle, so out of frustration, I just told him to have the shuttle driver pick me up and I would come get my vehicle. Well, I finally get a call back from Desert BMW shortly after 12 noon asking for directions to pick me up (3 hours after they said the shuttle driver would come get me). When I got to the dealership and my car was brought out to me, as I am driving out of the parking lot I hear the noises that I brought the vehicle in for. I decided to not even bother to back up and let the service tech hear the noise because it was obvious that they had not even checked the vehicle which is not the first incident of this sort that I've had with them. I would not be doing business with them in the future and was seriously considering purchasing another BMW.....if I do, they would not have the pleasure of earning a dime from me. BMW of Austin TX could definitely teach these idiots some customer service. More
