Our service at BMW Las Vegas was excellent! Our service advisor Joe Monaco was exceptional and our overall experience with the service department was fantastic. While visiting Las Vegas the check engine l advisor Joe Monaco was exceptional and our overall experience with the service department was fantastic. While visiting Las Vegas the check engine light on my wife’s X5 came on. This of course happened 2 days before we were scheduled to leave. Joe was empathetic and worked diligently to ensure our vehicle was repaired before our departure. Simply a great experience! More

The good part is service is easy to book for same day. But other than that, there is no feel of luxury dealerships like I feel when I got to Lexus or Acura.
