Recently moved to Las Vegas area and needed several items addressed. Easy to get an appointment via the web site, and Joe my service advisor was very helpful. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. My service advisor Mauricio was new to the dealership. But he was awesome. He kept me updated on my car progress, even though no complementary cars were service advisor Mauricio was new to the dealership. But he was awesome. The service manager was a kind understanding man. I just wish the dealership offered the same service coupons as found on BMWUSA., Times are hard economically. Marcus led the way for my dad’s car servicing. I’ve never experienced such rapid and competent help. He even had the technician send me a video of what the undercarriage of the car looked like (who is able t experienced such rapid and competent help.
