They never have loaner cars available. With my previous BMW, they said they only offered loaners for cars under five years (which is ridiculous) even though that vehicle was bought brand new at the dealer. My current car was bought brand new at the same dealership only two years ago, and I have still NEVER been able to get a loaner. What’s worse, the day I went in for service, I was told they didn’t have shuttle service either. This BMW dealership is terrible. I have family members who are BMW owners in California and other parts of the country, have pre-owned older models, and STILL have the privilege of being offered a loaner when the go in for service even without an appointment. I also have a problem with the new BMW app. I wanted help with that while I was there. All I got was the number to call written on a post-it! That’s terrible customer service. That’s the general number anyway which didn’t help me one bit. And when I call, all I get is a busy signal. This dealership is an embarrassment to BMW North America. More
The service writer was great. The thing that is unforgivable is you don’t have a shuttle service. At a minimum, you can use Uber for YOUR customers. Dropped off for some minor service needs, and the were completed on time as promised. Was across town and didn’t have a ride to pick it up so it had to sit until the next day, but when I got there it came completed on time as promised.
