I got my car serviced on 10/27/2023 my breaks and rotors and break fluid, i made sure before i picked up my car that my front and back lights were done and vernon stated that they were done . When i drove h and break fluid, i made sure before i picked up my car that my front and back lights were done and vernon stated that they were done . When i drove home my front light was still out. I made sure i asked was this done and wasn’t, I work mon-friday 8-5 its hard for me to come in and i live 30 minutes away to waste gas now i have to get squeezed in and may take 2 hours to get fixed, Im not please with this at all, Vernon had excellent customer service and answered all my questions, my only complaint is that i paid 992.00 to get my car fixed and my light should have been fixed like i requested and now i have to come back and wait for 2 hours, It shouldn’t take that long to fix. More
