Simple annual checkup and inspection of my i4 took 2 1/2 hours when it should have taken at most an hour. They only replaced the brake fluid, changed the cabin filter, and replaced the battery in my key as hours when it should have taken at most an hour. Had I wanted the free car wash they offered, I would have been there for another hour. Service rep was aloof and visibly miffed when I opted to not have the car aligned (I had just paid a local BMW mechanic for an alignment two months before). Not impressed, guys. More
