Joe did a nice job handling our service. I keep getting emails for service and think I have an appointment and I don't. I go in and no appointment. It's happened twice. Also, this dealer I keep getting emails for service and think I have an appointment and I don't. I go in and no appointment. It's happened twice. Also, this dealership sold me a car and said it would not be recalled and inside 30 days it was. I am involved in a lawsuit over this now. Can't give this dealership five stars under any circumstances. Service department seems better. More

BMW of Las Vegas Service Department is first rate! My issue is not with the dealership or their personnel. My Issue is that my breaks had to be replaced on my 2021 3 series at 10.000 miles. I am very disappointed with the type of break pads BMW has chosen to place on the 3 series. It was bad enough that on my last lease of a new X-1 that the shocks go out as well at 10,000 miles.
