First of all getting a hold of your GM is nearly impossible! I don’t have time to spend chasing people. Second major mistake was that NOBODY called me for my Green Slip! I actually had to call the dealership ONE day prior to my temporary expiring! Never saw so much unorganized and lack of protocol in my life. Worst dealership, ever.
