They should be concerned about the customer really looking for something to be knowledgeable is a plus and taking time more in explaining, the feeling that you are being valued and not just selling the car for you. Even incentives online with fine print have exceptions and it is not fair. They should given special promotions especially in this kind of economy, higher inflation and interest rates. Competition are everywhere and I just want to give my business to the right person not only car shopping for brand name or driving prestige vehicles but I mostly concern on how the dealership treats everyone before and after purchasing the car.Mr Kwaku Awuah financial advisor for BMW Las Vegas was very nice to work with, answering all my queries and even lower my interest rates.He was very helpful, polite and professional he treated us as valued customers and take all the time that we needed. My wife and I feel grateful the way our buying experience is consistent with the knowledge he provided us.With that I will highly recommend Mr K to my friends and families if ever they need a great financial advisor when purchasing a new or CPO car. The lady was so nice to booked a next-day early morning service because I told her that I would be out of town in the afternoon. When I arrived In the morning, I was taken care of immediately. After hearing that I would take a flight in the afternoon, my service advisor Giuseppe Carcione immediately took the action and promised me to let me out quickly. Within 15 minutes, I was given a list of issues to take care of and a video taken by the technician was sent to my phone to show where the issues were. We went through the issues and I picked some urgent issues to fix this visit. Within an hour, the job was done and I was given a list of recommendations for the remaining issues for my next visit. I was extremely happy and satisfied with my experience at this dealership. More

My appointment for my second scheduled maintenance was on 11-25-23. I was told an alignment was recommended. However, I was not advised on the price.
