Had appointment at 0745- so did 3 other people. One service person (Jack) had to check all 3 in although there was another young guy in Service who stood around doing nothing. Car was not brought out promptly although text message said it had been finished 15-20 minutes before. I did appreciate the video service and the summary at the end. That is a nice touch but apparently my friend who brought his BMW5 in at the same time did not receive a video or summary. More

They are entirely TO SLOW! ! When you have an appointment for a routine oil change it shouldn’t take 3 hours or more to complete. People are taking off work and have other oblig ! When you have an appointment for a routine oil change it shouldn’t take 3 hours or more to complete. People are taking off work and have other obligations. Your entire day should not be compromised for a simple oil change….Other than that the staff is friendly and much appreciated. Time management needs to be addressed. Hire more humans instead of cutting them…. More
