Without a doubt, BMW of the Hudson Valley is superior. They offer the best customer service and competitive, fair prices. For them, it's not just about making a buck. General Manager, Anu Singh, is a star. It's no wonder she moved up the ranks from salesperson to finance manager to her current role as GM. She is honest and treats people right - both her customers and her colleagues and employees. In addition to working with Anu when she was in sales, I've also had the pleasure to work with two other salespeople; Michael Bueti and John Robertson. John will never pressure you into purchasing or leasing a vehicle. He helps you find what is right for you. And once you do, he does everything he can to offer you a good deal. Their finance department is easy to work with. They clearly present the optional warranty and add on packages and their applicable prices. They let you decide what, if anything, you want. I've referred family and friends to them, and they've all had similarly positive experiences. BMW of HV has always gone above and beyond. This has included picking up our vehicles for service and dropping off loaners to our home. In terms of sales and service it almost always comes down to the people. Do not trust this dealership. Recently brought a New BMW i4 from this dealership. We agreed on the monthly payment, and when I was signing the paperwork work I even asked the bus Recently brought a New BMW i4 from this dealership. We agreed on the monthly payment, and when I was signing the paperwork work I even asked the business manager Laci Harkins to confirm that my monthly payment was what we had agreed on, and she confirmed it was. A few days later the lease shows up on my bmw financial account and I notice the monthly payment was about $10 more per month than we agreed to. This makes no sense because I did not purchase any extra services or products and I have Ecellent credit. I have Called, texted and left a voicemail for laci in regard to this issue and have not received any communication back from her, I also emailed the general manager Anu Singh explaining the situation and also have not heard anything back from her. When you're buying a car from this dealership they will roll out the red carpet and be very attentive to your calls and needs to get your business. But once they've earned your business they will forget about you and ignore your concerns. More

Bring a gas can with you if you take a loaner! !...Seriously! I had a loaner recently and filled it up before returning it at the gas station closest to the dealership from my home (3.8 miles away) !...Seriously! I had a loaner recently and filled it up before returning it at the gas station closest to the dealership from my home (3.8 miles away). I get a text the next day stating they charged my card on file for $2.45 as I did not return the car full and it took a 1/2 gallon. The loaner averaged almost 30mpg. I guarantee they didn't deduct the gas they spent test driving my vehicle or driving the loaner to the gas station on my dime. Disgusting and petty. Good Job losing a long time BMW enthusiast as a customer over $2.45. Shame on you. More

Amanda Whitehead, my SA is about the best I’ve come across in BMW & Audi service departments in several states over many years. The techs also send a detailed video going over the condition of your vehicle. Communication is also top notch and they’re the only dealer that has also had a loaner for me even on short notice. I have the option of several dealers in my area and go out of my way to choose them. I bought my BMW elsewhere and have ordered a new M2 from another Center (no ADM & first round allocation) but will be taking it to Amanda and their techs at Hudson Valley for its break-in and future service. Can I give them 0 Stars? They sold me a new car, less then 100 miles on it, that the warranty started months before I signed the forms and drove off the lot. When repairs where required it was out warranty and I had to pay for new engine parts, over $2,000.00. If you buy or lease a car from them you better get a lawyer to read the sale contract. More
