Mrs. Singh, John, Namita , and Landers were excellent; they were very friendly and made the car buying process quite comfortable. They were respectful and gave me exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. As a recent graduate, I was apprehensive about getting a car, but they created an affordable plan for me, allowing me to drive a car that complements my future career as a lawyer. Both Namita and John did a great job explaining how to use the vehicle's features, allowing me to get the most out of my car. Whenever I need to get a new car, I will be going here from now on. More

When I arrived first thing in the morning, Leanne and Joanne Holmes greeted me and completed all the paperwork quickly and accurately. A fresh cup of coffer and a danish later I was out the door in under an hour, just as they had promised. I have found the service department to be pleasant and professional, just as Chelsea Weyant, my sales rep., said they would be when she sold me the car 18 months ago. I could not be more pleased with the experience I have had at this dealership. More

The inspection included a complete visual inspection of all the vital parts such as brakes, tires, cooling system, belts, hoses, external lighting, wiper blades, etc. My car has over 60K miles and fortunately I brought my car in since it needed some critical service. Leanne Carnes off to a great start! I brought my 2012 X5 in for routine service and to address a few technical questions. Leanne Carnes walked out to my vehicle with me, looked under the hood with me, and listen patiently while I clumsily and in non-technical language explained my concerns. She "translated" my questions to the technicians, who did a masterful job of addressing all of them correctly and professionally. The dealership provided a ride to a nearby Barnes and Noble so that I could shop while my vehicle was being serviced and treated to a complimentary wash and vacuum. I specified a precise return time for my ride back to the dealership and when Leanne realized that the drivers were busy she came to pick me up herself so that I would not have to wait past the designated time for my pick-up. Talk about "going the extra mile for a customer!" She is off to a wonderful start in her new position of service advisor at BMW of the Hudson Valley. When we got back to the dealership I enjoyed a few complimentary cookies while Leanne explained the services performed. I should add that all of this amazing service was free and part of the 4 year maintenance program that came with my new vehicle purchase. This dealership is amazing and the staff is wonderful.
