After 30 minutes with John Robertson, my anxiety was diminished and my interest and confidence peaked. I learned about the quality and value of the vehicles I had test driven and about the process of buying and leasing. I felt truly informed. I met one of your geniuses when I test drove the cars, and another, Matt, when I committed to the 328xi. The first young woman was pleasant, knowledgable, and patient. Matt was patient, calm, and extremely pleasant. May I repeat, patient! He anticipated my questions and showed me multiple ways to achieve my goals. I recognize that I will never use this automobile's technology to its full potential, but I'm confident I'll use what I need and just keep learning. The main thing is that John and Matt made it very clear that Ithey are always available to answer my questions and that I should not hesitate to ask. Easy process and great price on car and trade-in I had a great experience with John dealing with an out of state purchase. John was up front and text me pictures of any inperfections on the 2013 BMW I had a great experience with John dealing with an out of state purchase. John was up front and text me pictures of any inperfections on the 2013 BMW 335i convertible and "sniff test" before I drove about an hour and a half to see the car. We settled on the price and had all the paperwork ready for me the next morning. What made my experience a little different is my 2007 5 series trade-in had to be towed to the dealership. John was still able to give me a competitive trade-in value without being able to drive the car. Once the process was complete Rebecca took about 30 minutes to go through all the technology in the car along with all my questions.
