They are the difference between a bucket of problems and a pleasure to drive. One nice thing about BMW is they don't have to lie. The name speaks for itself. I found the staff here (I was working with David Kreines) to be patient, honest, thorough and a pleasure to work with. They did a lot of work to get me everything I wanted and kept it within a modest budget. For anything that I couldn't get or didn't make sense for me, they were completely transparent about it. A lesser sales staff might have pushed to sell me something outside of my means, but these guys never pushed at all. They just helped guide me to a great decision. I can't recommend them highly enough. You can trust this dealership. More

Awesome experience I had been looking for my dream car for about 6 months. A 2014 BMW 640i xDrive Grand Coupe.. Two popped up recently. I went to Poughkeepsie because I had purchased my last car there 16 years prior and was impressed by their service and attention to detail. Michael Bueti was recommended to my by Dennis Donnelly, their Collision Specialist, . From the beginning he was very easy to deal with. Not pushy at all but very thorough. He was a pleasure to work with and a very nice guy to boot. Landers Hall was our finance specialist and he was awesome explaining our options and getting the paperwork done quickly. Also a very nice guy. (I was on a tight time constraint) Finally, Amanda did and exceptional job explaining all of the vehicle options and customizing the settings in the car for me. Also a very sweet girl. All in all a very enjoyable experience and one that I hope to do again in the future when my wife is due a new vehicle.
