Terrible experience Poor Customer Service Bought a used CPO BMW with 24K. Vehicle has been brought to the shop 4 times for the same repair. After numerous attempts to fix the problem I asked t Bought a used CPO BMW with 24K. Vehicle has been brought to the shop 4 times for the same repair. After numerous attempts to fix the problem I asked to trade vehicle in. Vehicle bought for $25000 and not even 3000 miles later they will take it in on trade for 16. After last attempted fix I also had an estimate for repairs needed.. $1958. ?!?! Caution written in yellow. I put 3000 miles on vehicle. Spoke to numerous BMW individuals who were helpful. Sent pictures but I will now send pictures while moving so he can see the RPM's and speed are not at a stand still. After being told the dashboard lights that come on are normal, i decided i needed a second opinion. It was confirmed that no these lights should not intermittently come on and off while driving the car. The tech pulled up a bulletin that stated there has been problems with the IBS sensor, a recall for the positive cable, a reprogramming thats needed, and also the alternator has been known to affect the charging system. I called and spoke to the sales manager to explain this. As an individual who is given this title you would expect him to have a positive attitude and not act like he is untouchable. He was loud, belligerent, basically laughed, and told me to bring it back to them. Completely disrespectful! I'm beyond disappointed and as a sales manager absolutely no way to speak to a customer especially for representing another persons business! I asked why I should bring it back to them when the vehicle was purchased off of you. He told me there was nothing he could do. He tried to take the car in on a trade and I wasn't happy. If the car wasn't having these issues from the get go I wouldn't be trading it in. No I'm not going to loose 9 thousand dollars because a vehicle is having an ongoing issue. More

First new BMW It was a pleasure working with John throughout the car buying process. I ordered a special edition car, and John stayed on top of everything, keeping me updated on when they got an allocation, production and arrival dates. He also communicated with BMW to get the car color changed from the allocated color to the color I wanted. Pick up day was fun. My wife previously communicated with dealership and they had some balloons in BMW colors and a big bow on the car. John was very receptive to my questions about the car over the next few days as well and made himself available on the phone to walk me thru my questions. Enjoyed chatting with Marcus too about taking the car on the track. Couple small criticisms: I'm a little disappointed the GM didn't give a follow up phone call to see how I was enjoying the car. Would have been a nice touch. Also, my wife and I changed our mind about all the extended protection services and asked to cancel them the next day. About a week later, we personally stopped by the dealership to see how the cancellation process was going, and they were taking care of it, but we did feel as though we were naughty school kids and detected a bit of attitude and a scolding / lecture from the manager who was taking care of it. I understand its a pain, and that stuff is a money maker for the dealership, but that's what we decided, it's our car and our money. End of story. The attitude was uneccesary. So overall, great sales associate, mediocre management from a customer engagement standpoint. More
