Jorge helped me and answered questions that I have asked SEVERAL times in the past that I got the incorrect answers to (with different people) because the customer service person didn't go one step further SEVERAL times in the past that I got the incorrect answers to (with different people) because the customer service person didn't go one step further to find my answer.
