So we've been having constant issues with our instrument cluster overheating and AC not working. We have taken our vehicle (2023 330i) in for service 3x and issue has not been resolved. Unsure why they refu cluster overheating and AC not working. We have taken our vehicle (2023 330i) in for service 3x and issue has not been resolved. Unsure why they refuse to replace the part and only continue to make small adjustments during labor that don't resolve the issue. If not resolved this 4x it's taken in for repairs, will have to contact BBB. The service advisors have been very helpful during the process but we need to really expedite this matter and get it resolved. More

I gave them my keys to my car ok sat at the dealership for about 2 hours they didn’t tell me my car was ready so they finally find me and told me it’s ready as they was finna give me my keys they told me for about 2 hours they didn’t tell me my car was ready so they finally find me and told me it’s ready as they was finna give me my keys they told me they lost them and didn’t know where they was it took them almost 10 minutes to find my key to my car so upset More
