Poor communication and service. We stated the specific needs for our new car (windshield replacement and tire pressure check) and we couldn’t even get that completed in a week. All the while, we tried to needs for our new car (windshield replacement and tire pressure check) and we couldn’t even get that completed in a week. All the while, we tried to remain proactive with text and calls, yet they were rarely returned. A completely unacceptable experience. More

I had an auto accident on Nov 30th and brought the vehicle to BMW north and AutoNation collision in Spring,Texas. It has now been close to four months and I still do not have my car back. Initially th vehicle to BMW north and AutoNation collision in Spring,Texas. It has now been close to four months and I still do not have my car back. Initially they ordered a radiator from BMW and received the wrong radiator back. When the dealership contacted BWM they were told they aren’t currently making that radiator due to production delays and COVID 19 and that they will try to start working on it again in February. The collision center has been paid by State Farm and I have no estimate as to when I may get my car back. I asked for compensation from BMW since this is a lease and they sent the wrong part causing further delay and it isn’t my fault they have chosen to make other more profitable or more used parts than the one I need. I was offered $150 in accessories. So my lease is $1,250 a month and I’m out $5,000 of lease payments with no car and they offered me $150. At this point there is no guarantee I will ever get my car back. I have another $30,000 of lease payments before I can walk away from this car that I am paying for and do not have access to. Nobody wants to help and everyone is paid but me. Think long and hard about buying from anyone in this entire transaction chain when they have no answers for a real world problem. The entire situation reminds me the recent power outage in Texas. Everyone at the mercy of the big company and one customer means nothing to them. Buyer beware. More
