I arrived for my appointment to find that my reservation was not to be found. I did have a email conformation. I was told that a new reservation program was installed a few days before and they were still was not to be found. I did have a email conformation. I was told that a new reservation program was installed a few days before and they were still working out the bugs. The service team inserted my vehicle into a very busy schedule. I appreciate their effort to resolve a computer glitch and not affect the customer. Great job! More

I love this dealership. It's always super clean and welcoming. Rader (the service agent) was on top of my needed maintenance. I had an early morning appointment and he was there waiting for me.
