This service department is by far the best I have ever used. From start to finish. Appointments made easily. Jeremy Gold gives a easy to understand explanation of service needed. There is nothing cheap about servicing a BMW but there is nothing like driving one. BMWs have lots of little things that require service that are not usual on domestic makes of cars. I have owned 4, three 7 series and a 5 series all have been serviced here. I will soon be locating a x5 for my next car. Nice facility, the remodel was a nice touch. I have used the same service adviser Raider Evans who does a wonderful job of taking care of me. Recently I had a blow out on the freeway late in the afternoon. I was able to have the car towed to the dealership close to closing time and Raider arranged a loaner for me on very short notice. I know you like 5 stars so I will give you that on price although NOT cheap by any means. More

Tyler set me up with an appointment. Tyler checked in my vehicle immediately upon arrival. He provide an estimated time for completion and the cost. He provided me with updates during the process.
