3 years ago, my family moved from Houston to San Antonio. Recently, I had an issue with the repair of one of my wheel rims repair. Our 2018 X3 needed a scheduled oil change, plus rotate, balance and alignment. Jason was my service advisor and he was helpful with great communication. The service was completed within 6.5 hours (9:30 to balance and alignment. Jason was my service advisor and he was helpful with great communication. The service was completed within 6.5 hours (9:30 to 4:00) and there was also a link to the service technician's video and photo of the service/repairs - first time I have seen a video like that and it was much appreciated. The only downsides were the prices for service and the time required for a courtesy ride home, which included ~30 minute wait and then ~30 minutes drive as I was the second drop-off. More

This was my first experience with this dealership, and they were great!! It began with a lost key, in which Hamza took excellent care of me.
