BMW North Houston is a very friendly place. They are so helpful while buying a new car. My recent experience with service department is not very good. Reason for visit was oil change. Service Advisor recommended few other items including spark plugs replacement. I agreed. However after servicing car acted weird. Sudden performance drop, switching to limp mode on freeway was so frightening. I tried to reach service department with chat. They gave me a number to follow-up. Call center person was repeating only same words over without listening me. Then I hang up and called Momentum Service. They interested and offered a new diagnostic test and set the time immediately. I am going to visit them tomorrow. More
It was really not about the dealership but the service advisor. Took the vehicle there for 3 warnings suddenly popped up. There was a warning for restraint system, parking assistance and 4 wheel driving s advisor. Took the vehicle there for 3 warnings suddenly popped up. There was a warning for restraint system, parking assistance and 4 wheel driving system. These issues where auto corrected when vehicle was taken there on the next day. I made a terrible mistake when choosing the service advisor. This guy saw some red paint on my tires and quickly made up a story that the vehicle hit so hard on a pavement edge and that’s what caused the problem. I told him clearly that such an impact never happened to my knowledge and warnings popped up suddenly at the time the car was started. He sounded like he is certain this was what happened, talked in a accusatory tone, which made me so guilty and helpless. The next day they found out a problem in the steering column and replaced a part. There were no loaner cars available. I was told loners cannot be scheduled for next few weeks. But when the work prolonged to the next day, suddenly a loaner became available. I was given a shuttle to go home but there was no courtesy to offer a ride to pick up the vehicle. I used my own ride. There was no feeling that you’re getting a service from a luxury car dealership. There was no courteous customer service from this guy. I’ll be careful to pick a service advisor with an American or Hispanic name if I’ve to go back there again. More

The staff was incredibly friendly as always, but my low rating is in regards to the time it took for my oil and filter change. I had a 9am appointment that I arrived on time for, but the appointment laste rating is in regards to the time it took for my oil and filter change. I had a 9am appointment that I arrived on time for, but the appointment lasted two hours. I've never had to wait that long for an oil and filter change at any dealership. More
Staffs are very friendly and gave good suggestions. Didn't notice any selling tricks during the stay.. Cathy was very good coordinator, I would recommend this place for service. I arrived for my appointment to find that my reservation was not to be found. I did have a email conformation. I was told that a new reservation program was installed a few days before and they were still was not to be found. I did have a email conformation. I was told that a new reservation program was installed a few days before and they were still working out the bugs. The service team inserted my vehicle into a very busy schedule. I appreciate their effort to resolve a computer glitch and not affect the customer. Great job! More
