Had to have been the worst experience I've ever had at a BMW dealership!!! The service guy Tyler was about as useful as a flat tire!!! He never call me to update me on the status of my vehicle.....I called BMW dealership!!! The service guy Tyler was about as useful as a flat tire!!! He never call me to update me on the status of my vehicle.....I called and left messages with the service manager only to never get a call back!!!!!! This place is a complete joke!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!!! They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and nothing got done!!!! More
