Zero followups and missed calls. Service advisor hardly called me and wasted almost 3 weeks of my time and energy. Even she couldn’t pick the call numerous times. Finally I had to go Service advisor hardly called me and wasted almost 3 weeks of my time and energy. Even she couldn’t pick the call numerous times. Finally I had to go to the dealership in-person to ask the supervisor to either change this service advisor or give me my car back. I got me car fixed the next day. This would be the last dealership I’ll take my BMW to. More
