Worked with Tyler to get my break-in service done after a different dealership said they didn’t have the supplies. Tyler was awesome and is a fellow car nut. My experience was wonderful, I made the appointment last week I was in and out on time. They had a driver waiting to take me to work. The service was complete in less time that was quoted. If I could give this rating a negative star, I would. I scheduled an oil change at 10:00 AM. While meeting with the service advisor I let him know I would be dropping off the car, and I needed the car to I scheduled an oil change at 10:00 AM. While meeting with the service advisor I let him know I would be dropping off the car, and I needed the car to be complete by 2:00 PM due to another standing obligation. 1:50PM I received a call stating my car was not done better yet had not even made it into the service department. Then, he goes on to state he lost or miss shuffled my paperwork. He tells me he is doing me a favor by offering me a loaner car so I can get to my other obligation. HA! Well anyways, in the drive from where I was located until arriving at the dealership he calls me again. I at the time am VERYYYYYY angry. This is a total wasted day for me—the oil was not changed—now I have to deal with this on Tuesday while at work. Therefore, on the second call, I asked to speak with the general manager. He stated I must first speak to Carla (do not waste your time or energy). She could not understand why I was so angry. The service advisor was total smarty-pants. He stated he messed up oh well. He is offering me a loaner car. I stated well what if you came to my job and I left you sitting in a waiting room for 4 hours. He stated that would not happen because he does not have children. I asked Carla the same thing she stated she has more to worry about than that someone she knows just lost a 3-year-old. None of this had to do with my service. They were just being total smarty-pants with their horrible attitude. NEWS FLASH! Carla nor the service advisor would not have a job if people stop getting service done there. Then, I move along to the general manager (Balal). He is a nice guy. However, his service department is a joke. He asked what he could do to keep my business. I stated he could drive my car to me on Tuesday so we would not have any issues. He stated he could not leave the dealership, but a person top in sales could deliver my car. That did not happen a runner drove my car to me. No one in sales. Then, to make things even better he drove tolls all the way to my location. I would advise taking your car somewhere else. This place is a joke. I never had to spend 2 days fighting with a place for a simple oil change. Oh also, while I was dropping off my car there was a young man there (early 20s) and he was trying to get his mom’s car checked in and a loaner. Someone there told him he could not get the loaner car because he was not 21. Then, he says I am 21 almost 22, and his service advisor said well sir congratulations. I was blown away. More

The service professionals along with the service manager, Carla Wadell are always personable while being profess the quality of service we receive.
