Jordan Gautreaux was a great source of info, but there were a few delays in getting the part for my car. A few days bled into a week or so and it became a bit stressful since I needed my car for a work tr were a few delays in getting the part for my car. When I picked it up, the contents of my glove box were all over the passenger side floor and seat which was totally unacceptable. How could a BMW employee see this, not care, and still have the audacity to deliver my car in a manner unlike which I left it to them, especially at a luxury car dealership, no less? Once again, I really liked Jordan, but there were some things left to be desired. More

My service rep is Rader and he provides excellent customer service. I am pleased with repair. Once again, my car is running well. I had brought it in because of a strong diesel odor and smoke filling my garage after a trip to the store! The only disappointment is that it took so long before a diagnosis was made. I drove the car to the dealership on a Friday afternoon and 4 days later, I had a report. I understand that the service department is understaffed, but this is not up to BMW standards. My car is a 2014 diesel and my plan is to buy a new car at the end of the year. Went in for an oil change and set up an appointment. service person was late. I asked if they could find them after waiting for 15 mins. Was told they were here. When I spoke to them, they noted t service person was late. I asked if they could find them after waiting for 15 mins. Was told they were here. When I spoke to them, they noted theybwere late and apologized. So if other team members there will lie about the little things, what else would they lie about? Tried to use a discount coupon and was told this was the discount, and that the mailer was not valid. I think these folks are paid commission on the services they offer and get customers to bite as well as keep the highest prices they can DESPITE the company sending out coupons. Left not feeling good about it. More
