Jordan Gautreaux was a great source of info, but there were a few delays in getting the part for my car. When I picked it up, the contents of my glove box were all over the passenger side floor and seat which was totally unacceptable. How could a BMW employee see this, not care, and still have the audacity to deliver my car in a manner unlike which I left it to them, especially at a luxury car dealership, no less? Once again, I really liked Jordan, but there were some things left to be desired. More
