BMW of Houston North sucks, Hello friends I am sharing this with you so my friends don’t get burned by this dealership, which we thought was a very reputable trustworthy dealership, back in January I took this with you so my friends don’t get burned by this dealership, which we thought was a very reputable trustworthy dealership, back in January I took our 2011 BMW for repairs, first They want to charge me a duplicate fee for diagnoses and after keeping the car for a month and a half. They gave us the wrong diagnoses they are very unprofessional people and their mechanics are not properly trained and don’t know how to diagnose the issue they Keep coming up with different issues, our warranty company paid them $1300 and we paid them $1200 and our car is still not fixed, I asked them to show me the parts they have replaced, because why the problem still exists the service lights are still on but they refused to do so and I told them this now a matter of integrity, but they didn't seem to care. Their GM BILAL is very unprofessional and uncooperative, Our car still has the same issues and now they want us to spend another $4000 for the issue which is not correct. So don’t take your car to these cheaters, BMW of Houston North sucks. ☺️ More

It took 2. 5 hrs for an oil change for 7am APPOINTMENT. I’m not pleased. Copy I asked for a 27 point inspection when my vehicle went in for an oil change change since it just hit 100,000 miles. The server advisor said they do the on all vehicles. I finally called back after six hours and asked for the service advisor that assisted me; when he got on the phone I asked if my car was ready, he said yes it is. So they were not going to call me? When I got there I waited for him they said give him 10 minutes. Then another person came up and gave me my keys. I had to ask if they did the 27 point inspection since they did not give me any paper work. The other service advisor had to get the paperwork. Then I had to ask him for a copy of it when they are supposed to give you the paperwork. Then he did not explain what exactly is wrong with my BMW. I had to call a friend that is a mechanic and ask him what the items on my report meant. He asked me questions on the items and I had to tell him I don’t know. He asked me, did BMW not explain anything to you? I said no, it seems like they wanted me out of there. Then I walked out to get get in my car and it was not there. I asked the service advisor and he said, oh let me go get it from the back. Worse vehicle service I have ever experienced at BMW. More
