We made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to receive a loaner took them almost 2 hours later to find one. The work on my car was to replace air filter. There now having to replace the whole AC compressor loaner took them almost 2 hours later to find one. The work on my car was to replace air filter. There now having to replace the whole AC compressor and still after 5 days later it’s still not working and a foul smell is coming out giving me a severe headache. More

The dealership is great except for one thing people that wash your car I need to improve their work.I was told that my car would be detailed when I pick it up it was not even washed. It still looked the sa wash your car I need to improve their work.I was told that my car would be detailed when I pick it up it was not even washed. It still looked the same was when I brought it in and when I taken it there it was wash an clean. I could still see where the service technician hand prints.I still think these guys are great except for the person who detailed your car One more thing I was with out a loaner car for seven days this is not the first time that this has happened. More

Everyone was very kind and attentive during my time there. Ralph took the time to explain all the services that will need attention in the future. Took less than 2 hours for my oil change. Professional and Friendly staff. I was greeted soon as I pulled up. Told my service guy was with someone but they would be right with me. I knew the timeframe of the work and I was appreciative that they took me home until the work was done then picked me back up once completed. More
