I made an appt for my brakes to get looked at for some squeaking—I brought it in at my scheduled appt day/time which was a Wed. They had it all of Wednesday and Thursday before I heard from them on Frida squeaking—I brought it in at my scheduled appt day/time which was a Wed. They had it all of Wednesday and Thursday before I heard from them on Friday stating they hadn’t even looked at it yet due to a backup in the shop. I ended up just going to get it with no service done at all because it was just going to sit over the weekend as well. They were apologetic which I appreciate but why did they make my appt on that day if they were so backed up? Why not call me before to let me know they were that backed up? For it to just sit for two days for some brakes is just crazy to me and then not even let me know until it’s sat for 2 days with nothing done to it the Friday before the weekend? Also I wish they would have mentioned they didn’t have loaner cars or that I would have to sit and wait an hour for the shuttle. Over all just a very bad experience and I can’t recommend. More
I generally use advantage BMW for all of my services I needed to get oil change and inspection done before end of this month and couldn’t get downtown, so i made appointment at this facility. My only com needed to get oil change and inspection done before end of this month and couldn’t get downtown, so i made appointment at this facility. My only complaint was, if i call to schedule inspection and spend my time to get there, at least give me the courtesy of telling me that the inspection machine isn’t working when o call to schedule. You obviously know that it wasn’t working when you had me drive all the way up there. Such a waste of my time. After getting oil changed, i had to drive to some rinky dink inspection place where a high school kid messes with my car. I goto dealerships specifically to avoid that. Like i said, not mad, just wildly inconvenienced My service guy was awesome. I give him 5 stars. It wasn’t his fault, it was schedulers. More
My service advisor Adrian has always gone above and beyond to help me with all of my vehicle questions and concerns. I am truly very happy each time I go to BMW Houston North.
