I dropped off my X3 for an oil change and alignment. I was greeted promptly by my service advisor Adrian. He arranged a shuttle valet for me back to my home while my car was serviced. Later when I picke I was greeted promptly by my service advisor Adrian. He arranged a shuttle valet for me back to my home while my car was serviced. Later when I picked up my car, Adrian showed me the before and after settings for the wheel alignment and how they had fixed the issue. I’m happy with the service overall. More

My service writer, Craig Runaas, is wonderful. I have concerns about AutoNation and its loaner policy. In my opinion, if you want to sell luxury vehicles, you must have luxury service.
