BMW of Houston North - Service Center

My service agent was great and handled my service visit very professionally. Only one issue was that my oil change warranty expired, and I did not know it was not advised by the dealership or the financial very professionally. Only one issue was that my oil change warranty expired, and I did not know it was not advised by the dealership or the financial Auto warranty people that it was expiring. I have used very little of my allowed oil changes and would have thought with the very low mileage an extension should be granted. With BMW requiring the oil should be changed at least once a year even if you haven’t put 10,000 miles on it. 😢 More
