Upon arriving at the service garage, I experienced a level of service that exemplifies VIP treatment. Every staff member welcomed me with genuine smiles and prompt assistance. My service advisor, Jordan, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and honesty throughout the process. He provided multiple updates regarding the status of my vehicle. Once my truck was ready for collection, he took the time to review various additional items of concern, outlining what was covered under the warranty and detailing the remaining duration of that warranty. Furthermore, during my wait, I was approached by other staff members outside the service area, reinforcing the welcoming atmosphere.
