Mikey went above and beyond with answering all of my questions and concerns. This was my first luxurious vechicle purchase and I was nervous about doing it. Mikey helped me through the process and assured me of any questions or doubts I had. I felt that the purchase of my vehicle was not a business transaction but more as if a friend having my best interest in mind and what fit my lifestyle. I had to bring my 5 year old son with me during the process which was another concern of mine. Instead of making me feel uncomfortable about bringing a toddler to a high end dealership, he was friendly and understanding. My son left there really happy with his interactions with Mikey, and I left there happy knowing I was taken care of. Mikey went above and beyond after the purchase with following up on the car. He really came through with making sure that I was happy with my purchase. He also gave my son a special gift which really made me feel like purchasing my car at BMW through Mikey was the right decision. I would definitely reccomend other people to BMW because of the experience I had with Mikey. More

As a first time BMW buyer I expected the sales associates to attack me with the hard sell approach but nothing like that happened. Mikey was friendly, polite and just a nice person. He asked all the right questions which helped him serve my needs and life style with the right model. I was astounded with the knowledge and patience Mikey and the dealership itself portrayed. I trusted him and got something better than expected. An X3 Msport! Absolutely heavenly to drive! I’m now on my second car and have referred several friends and family members to Mikey. More than Satisfied I was a bit apprehensive of turning in my leased vehicle that had exceeded the maximum allowable miles. Phillip showed me all of my options to help me compare and make a decision that was within my budget. I surprisingly was able to enter a new lease while upgrading to a 2018 330e hybrid for the same price as my previous lease. The perks of a hybrid made it an easy decision. wonderful I am 91 years young and I haven't purchased a vehicle for about 12 years now. I was hesitant to go into a dealership, but I was convinced by my neigh I am 91 years young and I haven't purchased a vehicle for about 12 years now. I was hesitant to go into a dealership, but I was convinced by my neighbor who had a wonderful experience with her sales person, Wallace. So I went in to see what was so special about this young man. What a fine young man Wallace is. So professional. Greeted me with a smile. There was a genuineness about Wallace. From the moment we met until I drove home with the vehicle, Wallace was unassuming and really wanted to help. He asked multiple question and offered test drives on a few different vehicles. I could go on and on about Wallace, but to finalize my thoughts....this was the best experience in my life. Thank you Wallace, Issac, Alex, and all the wonderful staff at BMW of Honolulu. More

Painful to deal with If you buy a BMW be ready to deal with their disorganized service department. Scheduling an appointment should not be difficult, yet somehow for these If you buy a BMW be ready to deal with their disorganized service department. Scheduling an appointment should not be difficult, yet somehow for these people it is. They won't find you in system even if you have been there 100x. I have also broken down and it took 4 hours before I could even reach someone in the service department. Left messages, routed to manager where I left messages....no call back. This went on and on and on until I just showed up there after a tow truck came to my aid. I have dealt with many service departments and none are appalling as this one...not even close. More

Never, ever. If I could rate in negative stars, I would do so. I made an appointment at 9:15, dropped my car off at 8:45. Repair was simple enough, I told them what needed to be done, replace the right front headlight assembly. I called at 12, they told me they had diagnosed everything OTHER than the stated problem. I came back at 3:30, they told me it was being worked on. By 5 pm I was staring to get upset and asked what was taking so long. Again, I was told (after making an appointment at 9:15am) that they didn't know I needed it back at a specific time. I waited more than 9 hours for a repair that takes less than 2 hours and still paid for the entire $1450 bill. I will never give them my business again. Terrible workmanship, horrible customer service, deplorable overall "service". More
