Great experience with Wallace! My 2011 328i wagon tanked on me and the cost to repair all 8 things wrong with it would be more than the car was worth. BMW of Honolulu set me up with My 2011 328i wagon tanked on me and the cost to repair all 8 things wrong with it would be more than the car was worth. BMW of Honolulu set me up with a brand new X3 rental car since some of the repairs were covered by a recall. This gave us the time to figure out what would be best for our family. We worked with Wallace who was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He spent a very long time going over different car prices and details. I think Wallace showed us every car in our price range on the lot. I will definitely recommend him and this dealership to friends and family in the future. More
