Service Center lacking well, service. I purchased a 2014 X3 from this location. The buying experience itself was fine- nothing above and beyond but we did our research and knew what we wer I purchased a 2014 X3 from this location. After purchasing the car, the ‘convenience’ of BMW handling your DMV/Tag Trip wasn’t very convenient. I called the week prior to the temp tag expiring and heard nothing back. Finally got a text from someone, but it wasn’t until I called the night before they expired did they send someone out to my house to give me my new tags. All not a big deal, but for this great BMW experience they gloat about, it does not compare to my Land Rover or even my husband’s Subaru. After a month and a half with the car, I noticed a few issues. The breaks made a grinding noise at times while other times they squeaked. And when I opened my tail gate, often times the door wouldn’t completely open. I made an appt to bring it in and that’s when the frustration hit. The receptionist asked if I would stay with my car or use their shuttle service… no offer of a loaner. I agreed to the shuttle service. When I brought my car in, Melissa brought my car around into the garage. She acknowledged a slight sound with the breaks. After getting me checked in, she sent me to the waiting area to wait for the shuttle driver who was MIA at 9:00am. I asked her if I call the dealership when my car is ready to get a ride back and her response was, “Yes, but the shuttle ends at 2:30” then just walked away. When the shuttle driver showed up, he asked who needed rides and the several people in the waiting room raised their hands. After I explained where I was going and other people explained where they were going, the driver started sorting out the rides, people started arguing about drop off times and I just volunteered to take an Uber to avoid the fighting and being any later for work. He escorted people over to their advisors (even though they were already with different customers) to find other rides and said he would drop me off. The shuttle car needed a heavy car detailing and yes, they only have ONE shuttle service for the ENTIRE DEALERSHIP. Not only that, but their fleet of loaners is so lacking that to get an appt with a loaner, you have to book an appt over a month and a half out. When I asked about the ride back again, the driver explained he had a doctor’s appt so he was ending rides at 2:30pm. Really? BMW wouldn’t have someone else fill their one shuttle service the rest of the day? I didn’t get a phone call back about my car until 5:00pm that day so I was forced to Uber back. When I picked up my car, Melissa explained that they could not find anything wrong with it. She said that BMW breaks are just louder than most and they opened the tail gate several times with no problem. She said I still had plenty of break pads left and when I asked for a print out of this info, the computer system couldn't produce it for some reason so she handle wrote it in. While in the BMW garage, I opened the tail gate and it opened all the way, but when I pressed the close button, nothing happened. NOW it doesn’t close? I looked around and asked an employee if I was missing something/is there a trick to closing it? She manually pushed it close herself then when we opened it, it again opened half way. I tried to press the close button again and it no longer worked. They got my advisor and she seemed annoyed. She tried again to open and close it and had all the same problems. She got into the drivers seat and explained that here is a setting in the system where you can adjust the height of the opening. Looking over her shoulder, I saw it was at the max opening level on the screen. She dialed it down to the lowest level then back up to half way AND TRIED TO TELL ME THAT WAS WHERE THE SETTING WAS AT. I was standing right there! Why lie about that? I corrected her saying I was standing right there and saw the setting and reminded her that now it isn’t closing to so there is something wrong here anyway. So back to the waiting room I go… After a short wait (they were speedy here), they came back to tell me it was repaired. I walked out, opened and closed it and it worked…for a few days. It again will not close with the button. I have no problem manually closing it, but they explained its bad for the car. So back to the dealership I go and get this… my warranty is up. How convenient. Cars have issues, especially used cars. I get that. But the corners they cut at this dealership when dealing with issues and the customer service experience magnifies these problems. And if you are going to be cheap with only 20 loaner cars, at least get a proper shuttle service. More

Not only do they not contact you with updates on car diagnosis but expect you to incur additional expense by using LYFT or Uber or renting a car at your own expense. The worst part is that no one cares. Counting the days till lease over then on to Mercedes. More

Wrong tires and won't correct mistake Too bad you can't give negative stars. I have never had a worse experience with a dealer in my 60 years of owning a car. They have been servicing my car for the last 7 years and while their service has not been great I noticed significant degradation in the last 2 years. This year started out in February with a $830 charge to replace the 2 rear tires on my 2008 BMW 538i. It only took them a month to get the correct tires and 2 trips to the shop costing me about 5 hours of my time. The first time I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours to be told that they had the wrong tires and I would have to return for another appointment. In August, I needed to have the front 2 tires replaced . Guess what! They put the wrong tires on the car and after a bill for $760 they won't return my phone calls to correct their mistake. I am driving on the wrong tires for a month now and no help from anyone at BMW. I seriously recommend that anyone considering buying a car or getting service at BMW Henderson reconsider and look somewhere else. More

Terrible People!!! They took my CD's - and lied about when I would get them back - I still haven't gotten them back and I don't think I ever will. One was irreplaceable. The radio/display was faulty And they took the CD player out. They refused to break open the CdPlayer to get them out, and instead sent it off, with my Cd's still inside - knowing I would never get them back but lied and said I would. Now, the truth comes out but those xxx people continue to say "we'll do our best to get them back" but refuse to call anyone so I just continue to wait, but nothing is ever going to happen. Don't go there. I could go on about every visit and what happened but I would run out of room. More

Customer service in service department keeps leaving her station and greets her coworker and talks a storm with him and ignores me, the customer, and more interested in a potential date than helping a customer. Guaranteed salary equals no motivation from these employees. I also asked if so could be notified when my vehicle would be ready to pickup from the girl behind the counter and she said we will bring it out. I asked again.can you tell me when you will have it out and let me know. She then said yes. I asked this since it was not ready to pick up at 6:30pm as promised. The customer service girl never told me when it's ready. I had to keep checking every 10 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting, I asked the girl when my car will be ready. She said oh, it's now ready. I asked her why didn't you tell me, I was waiting for awhile. She lied and said I never told you I would let you know when it's ready. Customer service and service representative don't care about getting business from those girls. They only care about their coworkers abd chatting with them or disappearing completely so that other employees can't find them. You will need to voice record what they say as they won't admit what they have said or have no clue what is going on. They are so backlogged and don't know what is going on in their own service department, that they don't know what is going on. Also I was told by Malisa that we don't know what is going on with your car. Malisa said "the navigation is so complex, and we honestly don't know what is going on." More
Dishonest and a scam for service I'm not going to get into everything because it is to much. We had our steering angle sensor replaced just over a year ago because some lights were co I'm not going to get into everything because it is to much. We had our steering angle sensor replaced just over a year ago because some lights were coming on. We drove it for almost a year and the same lights came back on so we call BMW of Henderson and they said to bring it in and it will be under warranty if it is the steering angle sensor. When we got there they scanned it, drove it and said they need to recalibrate it and it still had a problem. Now there saying it needs an alignment, I said if the alignment doesn't fix it I'm not paying for it because the alignment seems good to me, they said ok. So we scheduled for an alignment. We went back in and had the alignment done and they said it was the steering angle sensor, so we said great it's warranty and our service guy (THE ASSISTANT MANAGER) started to back step on what he had just said and now their trying to come up with any other problem to not have it warranty. We did not have to pay for the alignment but they did not give us our scan fee back like they said they would. We made another appointment to have them fix it and the alignment because it pulls to the right now and was fine before they touched it, but now their saying my tie rods are bad (rusted) and they forgot to tell us that last time. Last time they said it should fix the problem have a nice day. I looked and the tie rods are not rusted. I will never go there again. There is more to this horrible service center but I'm tired of typing. They are very dishonest. Go somewhere else they are not helpful here. I'm very upset, this will not end here. More
Rip Off - Scam Do not ever, I repeat ever take your car here for repairs! This place will scam you out of every last dime you have. Everyone informed me not to take it to the dealer because they will over charge you. Needless to say I took it there anyway because of some bad experiences I had with previous mechanics. This was the worst experience I have ever had with ANY repair shop! They charged me over $1100 to fix 3 hoses. The service rep promised I would not have to bring my car back for coolant issues because they replaced all the hoses and everything was perfect. Two weeks later while I was in the drive thru, one of my coolant hoses exploded. There was coolant flying everywhere, my car was smoking, my coolant light came on, the lady in the drive through was yelling your car is smoking. I had to pull over and park the car. BMW offered to towed my car in after the third time coming down for the same issue. At this point under my hood coolant droplets was everywhere eroding my engine and causing major damage to other parts. BMW fixed it at no additional charged and apologized for any inconvenience they may have caused. One week later a blew a head gasket. Please do yourself a favor and never take your car here for repairs. They will con you out of your savings account and still not fix your car. More

I took my car to a BMW specialist and they provided me photos and repaired my engine for less, john Chaisson the general manager of service only offered me a partial of my original costs. What a shame. Hopefully my lawyer can get not only my original $1200 back from their poor wrk. But also I can get my full repairs covered now that john Chaisson told me "we'll that happens" . How insulting! More
