They replaced my rear tires roughly 17k miles ago on a car with 30k miles. Just had my fronts changed by nondealer and rotated them to rear less than a month ago. Took my vehicle in for service today at car with 30k miles. Just had my fronts changed by nondealer and rotated them to rear less than a month ago. Took my vehicle in for service today at Henderson BMW and they told me my fronts need to be replaced because they are worn- the ones they just sold me 15k miles ago. Obviously they had not expected me to have changed my tires out so they saw that they had changed the rears, so the fronts must now be due. What an absolute scam. Now that my car is out of warranty, it looks like its time to find an honest independent BMW shop to service it. More
Penny smart, dollar dumb. I had a new starter installed and BMW Henderson would not refund my money. The service/parts manager said it had markings that proved I installed it in the car. I suggested maybe BMW sent it that way and he smirked, meanwhile I have two open recalls on my 328i. WOW! BMW can make mistakes!!! Not sure what their customer acquisition cost is but they just paid $44.01 to get rid of one and write this review. More

Service department helpful and courteous I bought a used 2013 5 series in 2014 and it has been a great car. I went there on a Sunday to browse, saw it and the next day when they were open I c I bought a used 2013 5 series in 2014 and it has been a great car. I went there on a Sunday to browse, saw it and the next day when they were open I called and the salesmen brought it to my place of work for a test drive. Now that's service. It's time to upgrade to an SUV for my 3 grandchildren to ride in and am going back to BMW of Henderson. The service has been great, yes sometimes your car has to spend the night...so what. Life happens. Communication has been good when the car was serviced and the entire staff is always friendly. So as I said I am going back for an upgrade and I will write another 5 star review I am sure of it. More

And of course they never have any loaners available but they keep your vehicle for at least a week. We will NEVER buy another BMW. Do not use this service department!!! More

Extremely unhappy with Henderson BMW. STAY AWAY!! Extremely unhappy with Henderson BMW. There were several problems that they didn’t fix!! First we took our 750 on September because th STAY AWAY!! Extremely unhappy with Henderson BMW. There were several problems that they didn’t fix!! First we took our 750 on September because the Engine was shaking a lot and the engine light was on. They said that they have a few recalls to fix. Then they started saying that the car has a few other problems If we wanted to take care of it, which I said no! I feel that from the beginning they wanted me to pay them thousand of dollars! Around November they called me and said that the car was READY and that I have to pay them several $$$$$ for some repairs that they did to our car. I took the car out on a Friday I tested on Saturday and there was the engine shacking again and the engine light turned on! I decided to take the car to the mechanic again on Monday because they told me that the car was ready but obviously It wasn’t... they said again that there was a few recalls to fix again. I had to say that they have the worst customer services ever! I have been calling them or emailing them about the car and they never had an answer about it until they finally emailed me and they sent me a list with another things that they need to fix in the car!! WHAT??? They didn’t even fix the car from the first place and they are asking me if I want them to fix others stuff which it on total was like 6,000! I told the guy that I am not paying or fixing anything else until they fix the few recalls that they told me they had supposedly fixed! A few weeks later he emailed me and said that they fix the recalls but I have to pay them 1,600 from “Who knows” also that the car has an engine light on??? That was the reason I took the car back a couple of months ago!!! that’s when I decided to go personal to fix these issues! When I got there I had to explain to the guy my concern and he called the “Service Director” JOE MONACO which I want to point out that he had the most crappy amateurish experience, worst attitude, doesn’t care about clients and let me walk from there with a car that I paid to be fix from the first place and he wanted me to pay again to fix the same problem which sounded ridiculous to me! I had to say that I took my other 750 to be fix with the same problem and 3 weeks later the engine started shaking again! 2 BMW’s that we are not going to be able to use because they are worthless!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A BMW AGAIN!!! More

They act like you are bothering them when you show up. It took SIX phone cycles before someone will even pick up the phone. When I show up for my appointment, NOONE greet you. There was a car in front of me so we sat for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come out and tell us what to do. After that, I decided to go in. It took 10 min before the service person will come out. When we went to the car to get the key, the customer in front of me is STILL in the car. Noone had greeted him still. Even though we have an appt, we still had to call back in to check on the car 4 hours later to see if the car is ready because they were closing and I need the car. They said car is ready. Once I show up, the service person once again acted like I am bothering him and nothing was ready. Waited some more. No greetings, no goodbyes. Dude, if you hate your job so much, DON'T work there...AND btw it is bad form to speak poorly of other customers while another customer is sitting there waiting for his car. This is NOT the service I expected from BMW. More
The worst dealership I've ever been to !!!!! I was unfortunately forced to take my car to the BMW service department about a month ago. They had my vehicle for two and a half weeks. When i brough I was unfortunately forced to take my car to the BMW service department about a month ago. They had my vehicle for two and a half weeks. When i brought it in the service writer Melissa to lied to me on several different occasions. The service director was completely nasty with me as well as the General Manager. All three of those characters should have their employment terminated. My car while under their supervision was poorly handled and inspected. They first told me it was my battery then my transmission. So i paid for the transmission, and the day i took it home and let it sit for a couple of hours and it wouldn't turn on brought the car back for them too look at it a few different times and they wouldn't even bother looking at it and kept on trying to charge for my inspections. I can't believe buying a higher end vehicle comes with this kid of customer service. Truly despicable. More
