No Comunication from the dealer service department. Left messages and didn’t get an answer for a whole week. The car stayed at the shop for two weeks before they even contacted the extended warranty. My BMW has low mileage but needed the annual oil/filter check Also did other smaller checks AND carefully went over the electrical system ~ it needed a onceover!
