I CALLED 5 TIMES!. Each time the recording said press 1 for service, 2 for sales, 3 for parts, 0 or stay on the line for operator assistance. Hearing that same recording SIX times the phone just disconnects! Calling in a 2nd, 3rd, and fourth time there was now an additional addition to press 4 for the collision center. But still, waiting through the message SIX times the phone still just hangs up! So, then calling in once again (and I tried this twice) hearing the prompts, and pressing 0 for the operator assistance, and each press just restarted the same outgo message. But after pressing 0 for the 6th time then immediately hung up the phone! This sucks! So them I called ONE MORE TIME and this time I pressed 2 for sales. And this time I talked to a "Alus" (I asked him to spell the name. He supposedly tried to contact the GM and returned and said the GM was busy on the floor. He asked me if I wanted the guy (couldn't get "that guy's" names) to call me back. I asked if that guy would call be back: this year?, then this month?, then this week?, and finally today! Each time Alus said oh yeah, he'll call back, and he checked to make sure he had my name and phone number. I verified both. So far that 33 minutes ago. Still waiting.
