My salesman was Terrance Lanham and I must say we could not have had a better s what a great experience my husband and I had at United BMW Gwinnett. My salesman was Terrance Lanham and I must say we could not have had a better salesman take care of us. We already had a bad experience at another dealership the day before so we definitely had our guards up when we came here. Terrance won our trust after talking with him the first five minutes. I am a very sensitive person when it comes to people and when something doesn't feel right I leave. He helped us find the X3 that I wanted and was able to get the payments where we said they had to be, he was wonderful. Yes I would recommend and refer my friends and family to this dealership. My car buying experience was absolutely flawless at United BMW of Gwinnett, this was due solely to David Matheus. Not only did he go above and beyond to help me and be completely thorough during the en United BMW of Gwinnett, this was due solely to David Matheus. Not only did he go above and beyond to help me and be completely thorough during the entire process... But he did this for 3 hours after he was supposed to get off of work. Even though I might have been able to find my vehicle closer to home, or maybe even at a (little) better of a price.... I would have MUCH rather dealt with him rather than anyone else. Of all the car shopping I have done, no one has treated me with such respect and such friendliness. I asked to speak with any available care salesman and was transferred to Vince. I told him what I wanted and he immediately started working on my behalf to put me in a new ride and get me out of my old car that was breaking down. Vince was confident and knowledgeable. He also worked quickly to get me over to the finance office, where I was treated like a valued customer. Craig worked hard and meticulously to get me the best interest rate and overall best deal.
