I had been interested in BMWs ever since renting one in Germany 15 years ago when I went to visit my son who was stationed there. I had been looking on line for several months at various dealerships in the Atlanta area and their inventories and decide to visit United since they seemed to have a very large inventory and the prices seemed reasonable. I wasn't sure what model I wanted or even if the driving experience would be the same as what I had remembered. When I arrived at the dealership Peter was the first person that I talked with and I immediately liked his style. He asked me what I was looking for and led me to the 328i coupe that I eventually bought. It was as if he read my mind. The driving experience was even better than I had remembered. He familiarized me with all of the features of the car and was very knowledgeable. I feel that he was very honest and treated me with respect. There were a couple of minor issues with the car that he promised to have fixed and he made good on his word. He kept in touch with me over the next several days to make sure that I was completely happy with my purchase. Eli in the service department met me promptly at my appointment time and was very courteous and better than that had my car back to me in almost no time. I was very satisfied with my buying experience at United and highly recommend Peter. More

During our meeting Peter searched his wide database for my dream car that i had been searching for along with my budget. we were able to find a 2006 Bmw 550I for a very affordable price, so we decided to take it for a test drive. During the test drive, he explained all the Cool gadets that came along with the car. after the test drive we came back to the office and we discussed an affordable payment that i can afford. he than took my information and discussed that with his boss. he came back few minutes later and we had a deal in less than 2 hours. i have been very happy with the purchase of my 2006 BMW 550I and i can thank mr Peter for his knowledge and his salesmanship. he did not put any type of pressure on us for me or my wife to purchase any type of vehicle. If you go through all of the older reviews his name comes up quite often (with much praise) from folks like me who have had a great buying experience with him! With each purchase David carefully listened to my needs and requirements for a vehicle and helped me to locate the best vehicle at the absolute lowest price (SERIOUSLY). He never once tried to pressure me into purchasing anything at all, or steer me towards vehicles outside my stated price range. In fact, he steered me to vehicles that were offered at lower prices than I was anticipating with more options on them than I thought I could afford! With both cars I drove off the lot with more car than I had hoped for at much LOWER prices than I had anticipated! He REALLY cares about his customers and will work with you to find you the best car and price to fit your needs and financial situation. His patience, intelligence, and knowledge of all of BMW's models is very exceptional, and I agree with an earlier reviewer that he is just a super person as well! I had the very best experience ever at United BMW of Gwinnett, and I would like to thank Ivan Reyes for making that experience possible. I had been to another dealership prior to coming to United BMW o Gwinnett, and I would like to thank Ivan Reyes for making that experience possible. I had been to another dealership prior to coming to United BMW of Gwinnett and they were unable to earn my trust and make me feel that I was getting a great deal. I have dreamed of getting a BMW every since I learned to drive so I was very discouraged when my first experience at another BMW dealership ended up being disappointing. I almost decided to put off getting my dream car, but then I looked at some of the car inventory online at United BMW Gwinnett. This was going to be my dream car, so I had to have everything exactly how I wanted it and was not willing to compromise. After seeing a 2011 BMW that appealed to me, I held my breath and gave United a call. I was greeted very courteously by the attendee, who transferred me to Mr. Reyes. From the second I talked to Mr. Reyes and explained my previous situation, he was very compassionate and made me believe, just from the tone of his voice alone, that he was going to do everything he could to get me my dream car. I gave him the information on the car I had looked at online and then gave him my non-negotiable list (the car had to be Alpine white, venetian beige interior, 528i, all the right upgrades even down to the illuminating key entry). He told me that not only could United meet my demands, but that they had something even better than what I had seen online and that he would have it pulled up front waiting for me. When I arrived, Ivan and the staff continued with the same great customer service and hospitality that I had witnessed over the phone. Sure enough, the car that was waiting for me superseded my expectations. The car that I originally looked at was a 2011 528i with 34,000 miles. The car that I left in was a 2012 Alpine white 528i with 12,000 miles and all the right trimmings. Thank you so much Ivan Reyes and BMW of Gwinnett for making my car dream come true!! It's been almost a month now & Ivan still continues to make sure I am happy with my purchase by sending periodic emails to let me know if there is anything I need to give them a call. I went with my wife and Peter was very patient with both our questions and desire to explore several cars before making a purchase decision. We went to the dealership multiple times before making a decision and throughout the process Peter was helping and patient and never tried to hard sell or pressurize us. These traits were the key for winning our confidence in him and making us decide to purchase from United BMW. I had very specific requirements in what I was looking for in my BMW and I was also looking at cars at another BMW dealer. I was amazed by how far apart Peter and the salesman at the other dealer were. He was very quickly able to find me the BMW with the package and the color I was looking for. I have to admit, my purchase from this dealer has to be credited in large part to Peter. The other guy was rude, indifferent and in a wrong job, really. When Peter says "I am on your side" he means it and he proves it. Another example of his empathy and customer focus - he was off work on the day I took the delivery of my car. He called me beforehand to set up a time for delivery, organized everything to go smoothly and came in person to the dealership just to hand me the keys and to ensure I am taken care of.
