Sukus should be salesman of the year! I visited the United BMW lot to make a purchase of a 3 series for my partner and as we were looking around, Sukus asked me what kind of car I drove an I visited the United BMW lot to make a purchase of a 3 series for my partner and as we were looking around, Sukus asked me what kind of car I drove and I answered very proudly, a 2008 5 series BMW. I went further to let him know that I did really like the new body style of the 5 so he said, get one... I was like, really? He said yes, and immediately suggested some that he had on the lot that he knew would be in reach financially without compromising my desire as it related to options in the vehicle. After we were done solidifying which car we wanted to go with for my partner, we decided to move on to mine. Sukus did an awesome job of getting the right car and numbers for both vehicles and we drove home the same day with 2 new cars. Sukus made this process move so smoothly and with great carisma for us. The thing I liked most about this ex[erience was that not at any moment did I feel pressured to make a purchase nor rushed to pick the car that would be the best for me. I appreciate this experience with Sukus and all the staff involved at Gwinnett BMW! I have often referred friends and family to the BMW family, to Gwinnett BMW and to Sukus due to this experience. I knew the particular car I wanted so he had all of the paper work I purchased a used 2013 BMW 335i this weekend. Jonathan Lankford worked with me. I knew the particular car I wanted so he had all of the paper work drawn up before I even arrived at the dealership. He stayed late on a Friday night making sure the car was clean and everything was ready to go Saturday morning. Jonathan is very personable and so easy to work with. I did not feel any pressure and he took his time going over everything to make sure I was happy and had all of my questions answered. The following week I had to get a warranty service done on the car. He met me early so I could leave the car and get to work. He then went out of his way to get the car to my office once the service was complete. I will making all of my future BMW purchases at United BMW of Gwinnett and all of them through Jonathan!
