Terrence Lanham worked very hard to make sure my father was happy with his purchase and made sure he was treated well. The service was the best I have ever seen at a car dealership. Terrence was not forcing a car sale but aiding in a car purchase. Once he went to get the car prepped, the quality service continued when Jeff Hoskins worked with us in finance. There still remained no pressure and it was very easy for my dad to work with Jeff to make himself happy. Even though we had been there an hour and a half after closing, the service never lessened. This is the best dealership experience I have ever seen and I would recommend them 100%. More

It's my second time purchasing form there. I think I'm going to be okay this time around without a Manuel Transmission. Thank You Greg Walker for making this purchase a pleasurable one. More
Buyer Be Aware of Unethical Sales/Business Practices - Kola Talabi (sales rep) promised and reassured me several times that I could bring the new 328i that I leased through him back at any time with intent Kola Talabi (sales rep) promised and reassured me several times that I could bring the new 328i that I leased through him back at any time with intent on saving up my funds and purchasing an X6. When I returned to the dealership (18 months later) prepared to purchase the X6 I was told that I was responsible for paying an $8,000 penalty on the 328i. It was extremely disappointing and disheartening to discover that I was lied to and deceived all because Kola Talabi cared more about making his commission than he did taking care of a loyal and long-time BMW customer. It's sad that I'm returning to the dealership to give them more of my money with this new X6 purchase and yet they have the nerve to charge me a penalty after their employee (Kola Talabi) lied to me. I recommend that everyone take your business and hard earned money to a dealership that is more concerned about taking care of their customers than their own pockets. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. More

They like quantity not quality in this department. GM (Chris Dunbar) is impossible to get on the phone to hear my concerns. Horrible salesperson I was assigned to this rude sales representative. He gave me a price for the BMW and told me to take it or leave it. It's been a week since I visited I was assigned to this rude sales representative. He gave me a price for the BMW and told me to take it or leave it. It's been a week since I visited there, so maybe he was trained within that timeframe. The price point he gave was higher than the listing price on the website itself, so I knew I was getting ripped off. I gave him a counteroffer and he said no. He said it's either the price he gave or I need to leave because he informed me his processing documents for the buyer before me. He was rude, disrespectful and I will never recommend nor return to this dealer again. More

Very happy 2nd time customer! I just purchased my second vehicle from United Gwinnett and can absolutely say it was another impressive experience. I knew the exact vehicle I wante I just purchased my second vehicle from United Gwinnett and can absolutely say it was another impressive experience. I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and expected a quick, hassle-free transaction... I was not disappointed. When I entered the dealership, I was greeted immediately and graciously by several sales team members. I worked with Peter Horcicka, who was extremely efficient yet perfectly thorough. Peter was knowledgeable in all areas - about the vehicle itself, current financing promotions, warranty, options, etc., and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. Peter was very straight forward and direct while still delivering what I felt to be elite customer service. I also spent some time with Jeff Hoskins in Finance and cannot say enough great things about that part of the sale. Like Peter, Jeff was very efficient and respectful of my time (which I sincerely appreciated), and was also exceptionally personable and friendly. I honestly enjoyed what could have been (and unfortunately, most often is) a very dry, tedious process. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and courteous, and the entire time I was on property was actually quite pleasant. I navigated the often dreaded car buying experience with a smile, thanks to Peter, Jeff, Tony, Greg, and the entire team at United Gwinnett. More
