They say that car sales people aren’t your friends and they never have your interest in mind. This couldn’t be farther from the truth with Andrew. Absolutely no pressure and no BS from him. It is no surprise that Andrew is one of the most successful sales folks here as he is truly driven by what drives you to visit the dealership. When you are happy, he is happy and knows that you’ll be back to see him if you don’t buy today. He is truly first class and I find myself dropping in for absolutely no reason just to say HI and check on him and his family (as well as to inquire about interesting trades they’ve taken in). There is another person that is fantastic at the dealership and that’s Jin Chong in finance. Again, first class and always available to answer questions regarding the purchase and making the transaction super easy. I consider both of these gentlemen new friends and look forward to seeing them both as I visit while in the area to catch up, looking for accessories, or while I’m in for scheduled service. My sales person, Andrew was awesome in addition to the rest of the staff! The buying process was easy and very efficient. I was trading in a 7 month old BMW lease assuming I would loose a great deal of money but that was not the case, it turned out to be a wash with no haggling. If you are in the market for a new BMW you can check the others but I’m confident you will not experience one better for price, friendliness, and efficiency! More
